The water fed pole cleaning system used here at UP Cleaning allows high windows to be cleaned safely from ground level without the need for ladders. The system utilises telescopic poles uses filtered purified water making the system more environmentally friendly as there is no need to add any cleaning chemicals. The filtration system removes the salts and ions which cause windows to streak leaving the customer with clean, streak free windows.

Windows are left to dry naturally. The purified water system used means that windows will dry streak and spot free.

All window cleans are guaranteed and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the clean carried out, we will re-clean free of charge.

Yes, we provide internal window cleans upon request using traditional window cleaning methods.

Using our water fed pole/reach and wash system we can clean Velux windows and sky lights. If you would like a quote for these services, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Working in light or medium rain and winds is a usual service standard within window cleaning industry, however we avoid dangerous weather like thunderstorms, lightning and heavy rain/winds. All our cleans are guaranteed so if there are ever any issues don’t hesitate to get in touch and the issues will be resolved free of charge.

We accept payment via Cash, Bank transfer, Debit/Credit card and GoCardless. Our preferred payment method for domestic window cleaning is GoCardless. We do not return in the evening to collect payment.

GoCardless is an online payment system which once the customer has signed up allows us to request payment after each clean is completed. Payment will only be requested after a clean is completed and the customer can cancel GoCardless at any time.

Yes, we have comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds.
